Experiencing Living In A Peceful Quiet Town: Nicodemus, Kansas

It was after months I've moved from Salina, Kansas; I moved to a villa complex. It's sort of like a single-story home without a cellar. And it has a house-like feel. Since I've moved in to this township since April 1st. That enables me to meet new neighbors. Rent is cheaper in this town because, this villa complex has a good upkeep, however; the drawback of living in this small town, it doesn't have a local Pizza Hut, but there's a closest one in Hill City. However, Nicodemus Township doesn't have any big stores such as: Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. It's okay to have a small town, and that makes it peaceful.

The missionary baptist church has a set of new pastors because, a previous pastor is inexperienced, and in my opinion... he must've pocketed some of the church donations for himself. If people go to church, and donate some money; the money flows from the donor, to the church receiving the funds, to the church's banking account. The church needs to have it's funds because of the following:

  • The funds what the church receives are used for paying electric bills, providing free services for the community, and maintenance of the church building itself.
  • Upgrades such as a new power source that can run offgrid, or any other desired upgrades.
  • Improvements for the church such as: implementing a church complex.
  • And more...

Why this church has a new pastor because, he's experienced. If you never been to this church before in Nicodemus, KS before; this is just a small church. It takes more people to fill the entire church.

The Nicodemus Villa is sort of like a little town, but it has a vending machine where you can buy you a drink, and it's located outdoors,--making it possible for the public to purchase a drink without needing to enter the building. The crime level is extremely low, and the streets are totally quiet,--making it sound like a car-free village.

Since the church opens on Sunday, and that's the norm of the church service.

The Perks of the Nicodemus Villa

The Nicodemus Villa has the following perks what I've encountered as I poke around my apartment itself. Let's take a closer look of the following perks what this villa complex has:

  • Shower stall with a built-in bench to sit on and grab bars

This is a right move for some people who wanted to take a shower, instead of a traditional bath. You can have a simulated version of rain as you shower. You can sit down instead of standing. This is useful if you are susceptible to falling down. The shower stall has a barrier that prevents water from splattering as you shower, but a curtain helps to keep water from splashing out of the stall.

  • Front and backyard

This is a feature what some families want. You can run your barbecue grill and cook your food outdoors. You can also have your own outdoor furniture, and other equipment. Keep in mind, you need to be aware of rainy days. It's always a good idea to get umbrellas or a portable canopy to keep them dry.

  • Offgrid Water

This is a special perk what you may encounter as you rely on a well source for water. You don't need to worry about water main breaks. This is a traditional way to get water, but it has a modern twist. It relies on an electrical pump to distribute water for the small complex.
